About Us
Meet Lori and Lindsay Burns, owners of Carolina Paper Co., home of simply beautiful invitations & personalized stationery.
Carolina Paper Co. was born in 2007 as a small retail store named The Paper Company in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Dedicated to the gracious art of entertaining, owners Lori and Lindsay Burns curated a unique assortment of fine gifts, entertaining essentials, and an unparalleled selection of party invitations to fill their shelves. Soon after, the mother-daughter team began designing, printing, and assembling wedding invitations by hand, and quickly became known as the premier source for custom-made wedding invitations in the Triangle.
In 2011, The Paper Company transitioned from a retail store to a home-based studio under the name Carolina Paper Co. to focus exclusively on custom-made wedding invitations. We are pleased to announce the opening of our new home studio location at 6413 Deerview Drive, Raleigh, NC. Just outside the Cary city limits near the intersection of Holly Springs Road and Penny Road, our studio is a spacious and comfortable place to browse our huge selection of papers, pockets, and embellishments. We meet with clients by appointment only, but do our best to accommodate day, evening, and weekend appointments to fit your busy schedule.
A graduate of North Carolina State University and a proud Delta Gamma sorority alum, Lindsay combines her knowledge of invitation etiquette with exceptional communication skills and creativity to provide wedding clients with unmatched customer service. Lori has a background in retail merchandising, marketing, and sales. Her goal is to provide customers with products of exceptional quality and value.
